About
My background in libraries lies primarily in children’s and young adult programming where I have 7 years of experience. I have helped plan and implement SRP all 7 of these years and started a Teen Advisory Group that continues to thrive 6 years after I left it. For the last 3 years I have been a branch manager in both a small rural library where I supervised 6 staff and now a larger suburban library where I supervise 11 staff. While I continue to support programming and am an advocate for standards, my interests have shifted heavily towards collection development, staff development, and leadership.
